Having moved into the Glyn Valley Hotel in 2009, Markus Imfeld has set about creating somewhere popular with locals and visitors alike. The hotel's restaurant attracts people from some considerable distance, many having previously experienced Markus' two AA rosette restaurant 'Imfeld' in Hawarden.

Function roomServing traditional welsh dishes and seasonal game, locally caught fresh water fish, as well as tempting alternatives such as succulent Lambs Kidneys sautéed with red onions, apples and fresh herbs served with homemade Spaetzlis, or Zuri Geschnetzeltes und Roesti, a traditional Swiss dish of tender strips of Pork Fillet in a creamy white wine and mushroom sauce, our menu offers a tempting variety with a dish to suit every palate.
